Define Custom Object Access Rules

To define the rules that govern what other areas of the Loyalty platform can access a Custom Object:

  1. Select Program from the top navigation bar, then select Custom Objects from the side navigation menu. The Custom Objects screen is displayed.

  2. Search for and select the desired Custom Object (see Search for a Custom Object for more information on the available search options). The Custom Object Details screen is displayed, with the Definition tab selected.

  3. Select the Access tab.

  4. Check any of the following that apply:

    • Member API Enabled: Allow the Member API to access this Custom Object.

    • RTP API Enabled: This feature has been deprecated, and is not longer supported.

    • Include in CSR Screen: Enable this Custom Object within the Custom Object tab on the Member Profile screen. See Tab Overview - Custom Objects for more information.

    • Use as Dimension in People Explorer: Allow the People Explorer to use this Custom Object as a reporting dimension.

    • Use in Citizen Data Scientist: This feature has been deprecated, and is not longer supported.
